目的:分析冠心病(Coronary heart disease,CHD)合并代谢综合征(Metabolic syndrome,MS)患者不同年龄和MS组分数对冠脉病变程度影响,并对可能影响患者冠脉病变程度的危险因素进行相关性分析。方法:将349例至少合并一种MS组分的冠心病患者按年龄分为青年组(<45岁)和中年组(45~65岁),分别为202例和147例,比较不同年龄组患者冠脉病变支数、冠脉狭窄程度积分(Gensini积分),分析合并MS组分数、血糖、血脂、血压以及吸烟、饮酒等习惯对患者Gensini积分的影响。结果:中年组病变支数、合并MS组分数明显多于青年组,Gensini积分明显高于青年组。年龄、甘油三酯(TG)、脉压差(PP)、饮酒、病变血管支数和MS组分数与Gensini积分呈现相关性(P<0.05)且年龄、病变血管支数、饮酒和脉压差为Gensini积分的独立影响因素。结论:总体而言,中年组患者冠状动脉病变程度大于青年组患者。年龄、甘油三酯、脉压差、饮酒、病变血管支数和MS组分数与Gensini积分呈现正相关,所以应加强对冠心病患者的早期识别和及时干预,防止病情的进一步恶化。
