为了提高瞬态平面热源法的适用温度,介绍了瞬态平面热源法的测量原理.根据有限元法模拟了无膜平面热源加热过程中试样的温度分布,建立了相应的实验装置,测量了环境温度为27~829℃时材料的导热系数和热扩散率.结果表明在较高温度下该方法测量材料热导率是有效的,可用于实际测量.
In order to improve the application temperature of the transient planar heat source method, the measurement principle of the transient planar heat source method is introduced.The temperature distribution of the sample during the heating process of the filmless planar heat source is simulated according to the finite element method, and the corresponding experimental device is established. The thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of the material at ambient temperature of 27 ~ 829 ℃ show that this method is effective for measuring the thermal conductivity of materials at higher temperatures and can be used for practical measurement.
