一盼平等竞争。据反映,房地产市场的竞争,缺乏公平性。土地供应方面有法不依,非法自发交易过多,出现了“关系地”。这样获得低价土地和黄金地段的公司,可以用压低房价来轻易击败对手,使竞争失去公平。广大的房地产开发者盼望各级政府进一步规范地产市场,规范出让方式,尽可能采取竞价、拍卖、招标方式出让土地,严防国有十地收益的流失。 二盼提高效率。我国目前办建设手续需要半年时间,拆迁起码也要半年时间,如此长的时间跨度,致使回报率低下,能做到不亏本就算是最好的了。症结就在于办理建设手续繁琐,办事拖沓,效率低下。
