目的通过本研究,比较CKD不同阶段PTH、钙、磷、VD3水平变化,以探讨其临床价值。方法 107例CKD患者,根据K/DOQI指南分5组,排除影响PTH、磷、钙、VD3水平的疾病。结果 CKD3期以后,PTH水平与3、4期呈负相关,5与4期无明显差异;与血磷水平呈正相关;与血钙呈负相关;与VD3呈负相关。血钙、血磷随着GFR的变化,逐渐呈负相关。结论随着GFR的下降,PTH逐渐升高,血钙逐渐下降,血磷逐渐升高,VD3逐渐下降,虽然PTH在CKD1期、2期统计学无明显差异,但数值有变化。
Objective Through this study, we compared the changes of PTH, calcium, phosphorus and VD3 in different stages of CKD to explore its clinical value. Methods One hundred and seven patients with CKD were divided into five groups according to the K / DOQI guidelines to exclude the diseases that affected the levels of PTH, P, Ca and VD3. Results After CKD3, the level of PTH was negatively correlated with stage 3 and 4, and there was no significant difference between stage 5 and 4; it was positively correlated with serum phosphorus and negatively correlated with serum calcium; negatively correlated with VD3. Blood calcium, phosphorus with GFR changes, gradually negative correlation. Conclusions With the decrease of GFR, PTH is gradually increased, serum calcium is gradually decreased, serum phosphorus is gradually increased, and VD3 is gradually decreased. Although there is no significant difference in PTH between stage 1 and stage 2 of CKD, the values vary.
