针对T型板单、双面焊接的焊后残余应力与变形问题,本文建立了这两种焊接结构的有限元模型,利用热弹塑性分析理论,通过SYSWELD分析比较了它们的应力场和变形。结果表明:焊缝热影响区出现最大残余拉应力,单面焊的最大残余拉应力值比双面焊低约200 MPa。单面焊T型板的最大变形发生在腹板顶部,变形值是0.372 mm;双面焊T型板焊后的最大变形发生在翼板,变形值为0.439 mm。
Aiming at the residual stress and deformation after welding of single and double-sided T-plates, the finite element models of these two kinds of welded structures are established in this paper. Their thermal stress and plastic analysis theory are compared and their stress fields and deformations are compared by SYSWELD analysis. The results show that the maximum residual tensile stress occurs in the heat affected zone of the weld, and the maximum residual tensile stress of single-side welding is about 200 MPa lower than that of double-side welding. The maximum deformation of single-side welded T-plate occurred at the top of web, and the deformation value was 0.372 mm. The maximum deformation of double-side welded T-plate occurred after welding, with a deformation value of 0.439 mm.
