目的:观察疏肝活血法预防下肢缺血性疾病介入治疗术后再狭窄的临床疗效。方法:将39例行介入治疗的下肢缺血性疾病患者随机分为2组,对照组20例给予西医常规治疗,治疗组19例给予西医常规联合疏肝活血中成药治疗。观察2组临床症状评分、总体疗效等情况。结果:术后治疗6月,2组患者的疼痛、冷感症状均改善,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗组在提高间歇性跛行距离方面的疗效较对照组明显(P<0.05)。2组患肢的ABI均显著提高,治疗组在术后3月及术后6月较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。2组均可改善患肢血管流速,治疗组在术后6月对改善髂外动脉、股浅动脉、腘动脉、胫后动脉、足背动脉的血管流速较对照组明显;尤其在改善足背动脉血管流速上,术后3月已经显示疏肝活血法的优势(P<0.05)。术后治疗6月,总有效率对照组85.00%,治疗组100%。2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:疏肝活血法可以提高下肢缺血性疾病介入治疗术后血管的远期通畅率,降低术后再狭窄率。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Shugan Huoxue method in prevention of postoperative restenosis after interventional treatment of lower extremity ischemic disease. Methods: Thirty-nine patients with lower extremity ischemic disease undergoing interventional therapy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine treatment of Western medicine. The treatment group received conventional western medicine and Shugan Huoxue Chinese patent medicine. Two groups were observed clinical symptom score, the overall effect and so on. Results: After 6 months of treatment, the symptoms of pain and cold sensation were improved in both groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05), while the therapeutic effect of the treatment group in improving the distance of intermittent claudication was significantly higher than that of the control group Obviously (P <0.05). The ABI of the two groups of limbs increased significantly, and the treatment group improved significantly (P <0.05) at 3 and 6 months after operation compared with the control group. Both groups could improve the blood flow velocity of the limbs. The blood flow velocity of the external iliac artery, the superficial femoral artery, the popliteal artery, the posterior tibial artery and the dorsalis pedis artery in the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group at 6 months after operation. Arterial blood flow velocity, after 3 months has shown Shugan Huoxue method advantages (P <0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the total effective rate was 85.00% in the control group and 100% in the treatment group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Shugan Huoxue Decoction can improve long-term vascular patency rate after interventional treatment of lower extremity ischemic disease and reduce postoperative restenosis rate.
