目的建立深圳市甲型副伤寒PulseNet数据库,用于甲型副伤寒的实时监测和分子流行病学调查。方法采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术,对深圳市2002-2007年散发和爆发的243株甲型副伤寒沙门菌的染色体DNA进行酶切电泳,用BioNumerics软件对PFGE分型图谱电子化数据分析,建立分子分型数据库。结果深圳市甲型副伤寒菌株各年间差异较小,用Xba酶切仅呈现6种PFGE图谱。同一起甲副暴发的临床分离株具有相同的PFGE图谱。各区和各年代的分离株都存在有相同的PFGE带型。结论深圳市甲型副伤寒沙门菌变异较小,呈长期流行趋势,甲型副伤寒PulseNet数据库的初步建立,对直观地分析各起疫情之间的相互关系,对疫情的控制和传染来源的追踪具有重要意义。
Objective To establish the Shenzhen Paratuxopsis PulseNet database for real-time monitoring and molecular epidemiological investigation of Paratyphoid. Methods The genomic DNA of 243 Salmonella paratyphi A isolates from 2002-2007 in Shenzhen City were analyzed by using pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). The electrophoresis data of PFGE genotyping data were analyzed by BioNumerics software Analysis, the establishment of molecular typing database. Results There was no significant difference in the pathogenicity of Paratyphoid A strains in Shenzhen in each year. Only 6 PFGE patterns were found by Xba digestion. The same clinical isolates of alpha-outbreak had the same PFGE pattern. The same PFGE band exists in all districts and isolates of each age. Conclusion The variation of Salmonella typhi in Shenzhen is small and long-term epidemic trend. The establishment of the PulseNet database of Paratux Paratyphi A was initially established. The relationship between each outbreak situation and the control of the outbreak and the source of infection were tracked visually It is of great significance.
