养生,即保养生命,又称摄生、道生、保生等,是指通过自我调养心身方法来保养生命,使之健康长寿。传统养生学,是指在传统医学理论的指导下,探索人体生命规律,研究防病延年的理论与方法的一门学科。本文摘自《珍惜自己的21堂养生课》一书,由中国中医研究院西苑医院老年医学研究所研究员张国玺主讲,文中凝聚我国传统养生学的静神、动形、固精、调气、食养、药饵六个学派的论迷,并结合古今中外医学专家学说的所长,又兼收并蓄,形成具有中国特色的养生保健方法。
