一、设备管理职责1.企业设备管理部门的基本职责(1)对设备进行综合管理,加强设备前期管理,保持设备完好,不断改善和提高企业技术装备素质,充分发挥设备效能.(2)执行以预防为主、维护保养与计划检修并举的方针,实行专群结合、群管群修的方法.(3)积极采用先进的设备管理方法和维修技术,不断提高设备管理和维修技术的现代化水平.(4)负责企业的设备台帐,做好设备编号、统计、安装、调试、使用、封存、调拨、报废和主要生产设备的一机一档工作.
I. Equipment Management Responsibilities 1. (3) Actively adopt advanced equipment management methods and maintenance techniques to continuously improve the modernization level of equipment management and maintenance technology. (4) Responsible for the company’s equipment account, do a good job of equipment numbering, statistics, installation, commissioning, use, storage, transfer, scrap and the main production equipment for a file.
