本文回顾了张忠培先生于1987-1989年任故宫博物院院长期间在管理上的变革。自入院任职之初,张先生即将宫廷历史、宫殿建筑、古代艺术作为构成故宫博物院特色的三项重要内容,明确了博物院的发展方向。在具体举措方面,张先生恪尽典守之职,始终视保护古建筑和文物的安全为博物院的生命,为此着力解决破坏性开放,重新确定保护范围,积极交涉存留南京文物。为谋划长远发展,他尤其重视人才的引进和培养,完善学术建设,编制中长期发展规划,为故宫博物院的全局性发展制定了文化战略。
This article reviews Mr. Zhang Zhongpei’s management changes during the period 1987-1989 as president of the National Palace Museum. Since the beginning of admission, Mr. Zhang is about to court history, palace architecture, ancient art as the composition of the National Palace Museum features three important elements, the museum clearly the direction of development. In terms of concrete measures, Mr. Zhang has done his best to keep his position as a code of conduct and always regards the protection of the safety of ancient buildings and cultural relics as the life of the museum. To this end, he has worked hard to solve the devastating opening up, redefined the scope of protection and actively negotiated the preservation of Nanjing relics. In order to plan for long-term development, he pays special attention to the introduction and cultivation of talents, perfecting academic construction, compiling medium and long-term development plans and formulating a cultural strategy for the overall development of the National Palace Museum.
