为了解褐飞虱取食后对不同抗性水稻品种根系形态各个指标的影响情况,选用对褐飞虱具不同抗性的6个水稻品种,用田间采集的褐飞虱混合种群经室内用TN1饲养接虫进行根系形态特征测定试验。结果表明,根重减少量,接虫后7 d,Ptb33和RHT与TN1差异显著,接虫后15 d,Ptb33与TN1、IR26、IR36、Babawee和RHT差异显著,TN1与IR26、IR36、Babawee和RHT差异显著;总根数减少量,接虫后7 d,Ptb33与TN1差异显著,TN1与IR26、IR36、Babawee和RHT差异不显著,接虫后15 d,TN1、IR26和IR36间差异不显著,Babawee、RHT和Ptb33间差异不显著,但后三者与前三者差异显著;根长缩短量,接虫后7 d,Ptb33与TN1、IR26、IR36、Babawee和RHT间差异不显著,接虫后15 d,Babawee、RHT和Ptb33间差异不显著,但三者与TN1差异显著。说明褐飞虱取食水稻后抗虫品种根系形态受影响比感虫品种小,这在水稻抗性育种中具有重要的指导意义。
In order to understand the effect of feeding on the indexes of root morphology of different resistant rice varieties, six rice cultivars with different resistance to BPM were selected. The mixed population of BPH collected in field was fed with TN1 Characterization test. The results showed that there was significant difference between Ptb33 and RHT and TN1 on the seventh day after receiving the worms, and there was significant difference between Ptb33 and TN1, IR26, IR36, Babawee and RHT on the 15th day after receiving the worms. TN1 and IR26, IR36, Babawee and RHT, the difference of TNT, TNT and IR26, IR36, Babawee and RHT was not significant at the 7th day after receiving the worms, and there was no significant difference between TN1, IR26 and IR36 , Babawee, RHT and Ptb33, but there was not significant difference between the latter three and the former three. There was no significant difference between Ptb33 and TN1, IR26, IR36, Babawee and RHT There was no significant difference between Babawee, RHT and Ptb33 on the 15th post-worm stage, but the difference between TNT1 and TNT1 was significant. It indicated that the root morphology of insect-resistant varieties of N. lugens fed on rice was less affected than that of susceptible varieties, which is of great guiding significance in rice resistance breeding.
