针对高面板堆石坝坝高升至300 m级导致坝体应力显著变形的问题,基于国内外所建面板胶结堆石坝的实践经验,从技术、安全、经济方面分析了我国拟建300 m级超高面板胶结堆石坝的可行性,并介绍了胶结堆石坝的剖面设计与施工工艺。结果表明,胶结堆石坝是一种高安全的新坝型,坝体和地基条件得到显著改善,有待深入研究高应力与高水头作用下胶结堆石料的应力变形规律及改善措施,未来在我国有望建成300m级超高面板胶结堆石坝。
Aiming at the problem that the height of CFRD dam rises to 300 m, the stress of the dam body is significantly distorted. Based on the practical experience of CFB dam at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the technical, safety and economic aspects of proposed 300 m Feasibility of super high-face cemented rockfill dam, and introduced the section design and construction technology of cemented rockfill dam. The results show that the cementitious rockfill dam is a kind of new type with high safety and the condition of the dam body and the foundation is significantly improved. The stress and deformation of the cemented rockfill material subjected to high stress and high head are to be studied in depth. In the future, It is expected to build a 300m-high super-faceted cemented rockfill dam.
