我局现有日本进口尼桑TWB52重型柴油汽车19台,已投入木材运输生产三年多时间,车辆行驶里程一般为7～8万km,最高行驶里程达11～13万km。大部分车辆运转正常,但有3台车曾出现用起动机起动发动机不着火的故障。经检查,起动机起动力矩及转数正常,并且燃油标号符合使用标准,油路无堵塞及气堵现象,输油泵工作正常。通过测试,认为其故障主要原因系油泵柱塞副磨损,致使喷油泵初始供油量及供油压力不足。现将故障的修复情况介绍如下。
Our bureau currently has 19 sets of imported Nissan TWB52 heavy-duty diesel vehicles, which have been put into production for more than three years. The mileage of vehicles is generally 70,000 to 80,000 km and the maximum mileage is 11 to 130,000 km. Most of the vehicles were operating normally, but three of the vehicles had a problem with a starter that started the engine without a fire. After examination, the starter starting torque and the number of revolutions normal, and the fuel label in line with the use of standards, the oil is blocked and air blocking phenomenon, the oil pump is working properly. Passed the test, that the main reason for the failure of the pump piston wear, resulting in the initial supply of fuel injection pump and the lack of supply pressure.
