一、前言许多高精度仪器的轴系,因工作条件要求,必须垂直工作,或因垂直工作较水平工作有优点而选择垂直状态工作。轴系工作状态如此选择,无论在原理乃至技术制作上都给在微力矩作用下,仪器的标定带来很大的困难。所以,垂直轴微力矩标定问题,一直是从事产品设计、科研和计量部门的一个技术难题。由于难度大,至今,国外尚未很好解决。为适应生产需要我们于86年研制成功垂直轴微力矩标定仪,并通过了技术鉴定。
I. INTRODUCTION Many shafting systems of high-precision instruments must work vertically because of working conditions, or choose to work in a vertical position because they have advantages over horizontal work. Axis work status so choose, both in principle and even the technical production to the role of micro-torque, the calibration of the instrument brought great difficulties. Therefore, the vertical axis of micro-torque calibration problem, has been engaged in product design, research and measurement department of a technical problem. Due to the difficulty, so far, foreign countries have not yet been well resolved. In order to meet production needs, we successfully developed the vertical axis micro-torque calibrator in 86 and passed the technical appraisal.
