为了解尿液单个核细胞(UMC)测定在IgA肾病(IgAN)中的临床意义,采用流式细胞仪对49例患者的尿液进行分析。 一、资料和方法 选择经肾活检诊断IgAN患者男31例,女18例,年龄14~43岁;40例健康人做为对照。留取尿液50ml,1500r/min离心10分钟,PBS中洗涤3 次,制成悬液;每个小管中加入悬液50μl,加10μl荧光标记的单个核细胞单克隆抗体,混匀,4℃孵育30分钟,PBS洗涤2次后加入溶血素1ml,加150μg固定液,洗涤3次后待测;少量肾组织在研磨后按照上述方法制成肾组织单个核细胞悬液。采用Bacton Dickenson公
In order to understand the clinical significance of urine mononuclear cells (UMC) assay in IgA nephropathy (IgAN), 49 patients were analyzed for urine using flow cytometry.
