用荧光法、光散射法测定了胆红素的解离常数和聚集pH值及胆汁酸盐对它们的影响。用示差紫外分光光度法研究了胆红素-胆汁酸体系,并测定了结合常数。通过测定溶液中胆红素随时间变化测得pH=8.38的溶液中胆红素钙沉淀为一级反应。胆汁酸盐的存在明显影响其条件溶度积。讨论了胆汁酸的亲水/亲脂性不同对上述结果的影响。
The dissociation constant of bilirubin and the pH value of aggregation and the effect of bile salts on them were measured by fluorescence and light scattering methods. The bilirubin - bile acid system was studied by differential ultraviolet spectrophotometry and the binding constant was determined. By measuring the solution bilirubin changes over time measured pH = 8.38 solution of bilirubin calcium precipitation as a reaction. The presence of bile salts significantly affects their solubility product. The effect of different hydrophilic / lipophilic bile acids on the above results was discussed.
