中国共产党的执政理论建设是一项系统工程,包括执政理念、执政基础、执政方略、执政体制、执政方式、执政资源、执政环境等主要方面。党执政60年来,在领导社会主义革命、建设和改革开放的伟大实践中,积极探索和不断完善执政理论,取得了丰富的理论成果,初步形成了具有中国特色的执政理论。回顾党的执政理论建设的发展历程,总结党的执政理论建设的丰硕成果,思考党的执政理论建设的宝贵经验,对于加强和改进新形势下党的建设具有十分重要的意义。
The construction of the ruling theory of the Communist Party of China is a systematic project, which includes the concept of ruling, the foundation of ruling, the strategy of ruling, the system of ruling, the mode of ruling, the ruling resources, the ruling environment and so on. In the great practice of leading the socialist revolution, construction and reform and opening up 60 years ago, the party has actively explored and constantly improved its governing theory, obtained rich theoretical results and initially formed its governing theory with Chinese characteristics. Recalling the development of the party’s governing theory, summarizing the fruitful achievements of the party’s governing theory and considering the valuable experiences of the party’s governing theory are of great significance for strengthening and improving party building in the new situation.
