目的研究参苓阿胶复方膏剂(SLEJCO)对气虚体质小鼠的抗疲劳作用及其机制。方法用“控制饮食、自由游泳结合水中站立”方式建立气虚体质小鼠模型,用低、中、高剂量的SLEJCO干预,测定小鼠力竭游泳时间比值(ESTR)、体重,测定肝糖原(GLY)含量、血清尿素(SUN)含量、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性。结果各剂量SLEJCO都能提高小鼠体重、ESTR、GLY、LDH,降低SUN,且中、高剂量组效果明显优于低剂量组。结论 SLEJCO能提高气虚体质小鼠抗疲劳作用,其机制可能是通过增加GLY储备、降低SUN生成、提高LDH活性有关。
Objective To study the anti-fatigue effect and mechanism of Shenling Ejiao Compound Soup (SLEJCO) on Qi deficiency constitutional mice. Methods The model mice with Qi deficiency were established by using “diet control, free swimming combined with standing in the water”, and the mice were sacrificed by SLEJCO intervention in low, medium and high doses to determine the ratio of exhausted swimming time (ESTR), body weight, (GLY) content, serum urea (SUN) content, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity. Results Each dose of SLEJCO can increase body weight, ESTR, GLY, LDH, reduce SUN, and the effect of middle and high dose group was obviously better than low dose group. Conclusion SLEJCO can improve the anti-fatigue effect of Qi-deficiency constitutional mice, and its mechanism may be related to increasing the production of GLY, increasing the activity of LDH through increasing GLY reserve.
