增强自主创新能力,建设创新型国家,是党中央以科学发展观为指导面向未来作出的重大战略决策。它既是国家现代化建设新的动员令,也是科技界和文化教育界的共同机遇。为了营造良好的学术氛围,搭建双赢的学术交流平台,探寻建设创新型国家的有效途径,2006年3月14日,国家教育行政学院科研处组织举办了以“创新型国家建设中的科技·教育·文化”为主题的首期学术讲坛。中国工程院倪光南院士、全国教育科学规划办公室常务副主任曾天山研究员、北京师范大学教育学院副院长石中英教授,以及国家教育行政学院的教师参加了本次论坛。论坛以专家主题发言、教师参与对话的方式,围绕着科技自主创新、教育科研体制创新、人才素质培养、文化创新等主题进行了热烈的探讨和交流。现将与会学者主要论点予以刊发,以飨读者。
To enhance the capability of independent innovation and to build an innovative country is a major strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee under the guidance of the scientific concept of development as the future direction.
