在水利工程施工监理过程中,主要的工作方法有现场记录、发布文件、旁站监理、巡视检查、跟踪检测、平行检测及组织协调等。为了保证工程顺利进行,使监理工作有章可循,监理单位应遵守国家法律、法规和规章以及有关技术标准,采取有效的措施和方法,独立、公正、诚信、科学地开展监理工作,履行监理合同约定的义务。从而将质量第一的意识落实到每个参建者,使工程质量不断提高。
