一予应力鋼筋混凝土結構在国民經济中的作用我国的大規模經济建設需要大量鋼材。但由于鋼材的产量尚不能滿足生产和基本建設的需要,因此产生了鋼材供应不足的象現。特別是在1956年社会主义建設高潮中,钢材的需要量激增,鋼材缺乏已成为基本建設中的严重問题,许多建設項目,由于得不到鋼材而推迟进度。在工業建筑中,政府一再号召节約鋼材,以混凝土結構代替鋼結構;但由于混凝土結構本身重量較大,在高度、跨度以及承受荷重都較大的厂房和構筑物中并不經济。如果采用予应力鋼筋混凝土便能达到經济的目的。予应力钢筋混凝土結构与普通混凝土結構比較起来有很多优点,其中最主要的是: 1) 能采用高强度鋼筋,因而节約鋼材,提高剛度; 2) 受拉部分混凝土予先受压应力,因而提高抗裂性和耐久性; 3) 予应力可作为拼裝手段,因此可采用塊体組合
