目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子-lα(HIF-lα)在中耳胆脂瘤发病机制中的作用,检测其在中耳胆脂瘤和外耳道正常上皮中的表达情况。方法:取32例中耳胆脂瘤和15例外耳道正常上皮标本用免疫组织化学技术检测HIF-lα蛋白的表达。结果:在中耳胆脂瘤中HIF-lα的表达较外耳道正常上皮明显增多(P<0.05)。结论:中耳胆脂瘤中HIF-lα的表达显著升高,推测HIF-lα在中耳胆脂瘤的发生、发展过程中具有极其重要的作用,并且缺氧有可能是中耳胆脂瘤发病机制中的一个诱因。
Objective: To investigate the role of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in the pathogenesis of middle ear cholesteatoma and to detect the expression of HIF-1α in the middle ear cholesteatoma and the normal epithelium of the external auditory canal. Methods: Thirty-two cases of middle ear cholesteatoma and 15 cases of normal external auditory canal were used to detect the expression of HIF-1α protein using immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of HIF-1α in middle ear cholesteatoma was significantly higher than that in normal human auditory canal (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The expression of HIF-1α in cholesteatoma of middle ear is significantly increased. It is speculated that HIF-1α plays an extremely important role in the occurrence and development of cholesteatoma of middle ear. And hypoxia may be the cause of middle ear cholesteatoma An inducement in the pathogenesis.
