目的:建立HPLC法测定劲力固体饮料中烟酸的含量。方法:采用迪马Spursil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-异丙醇-庚烷磺酸钠溶液(取庚烷磺酸钠1 g,用910 ml水溶解)(70∶20∶910,用高氯酸调pH至2.1±0.1);流速1.0 ml·min~(-1);柱温25℃;检测波长261 nm。结果:在0.847 2~12.707 3μg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内烟酸的峰面积和浓度具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9;平均回收率为100.04%,RSD=0.57%(n=9)。结论:本方法准确,可靠,重复性好,可用于测定劲力固体饮料中烟酸的含量。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of niacin in Jinli solid beverage. Methods: The Dorsey Spursil C_ (18) (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-isopropanol-heptane sulfonate solution Water) (70:20:910, adjusted to pH 2.1 ± 0.1 with perchloric acid); flow rate 1.0 ml · min -1; column temperature 25 ℃; detection wavelength 261 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration of nicotinic acid in the range of 0.847 2 ~ 12.707 3 μg · ml ~ (-1), r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 100.04% and the RSD was 0.57% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of niacin in Jinli solid beverage.
