本文报道在乳化剂 OP 存在下,Ni(Ⅱ)与2-(3,5-二氯-2—吡啶偶氮)—5—二甲氨基苯酚(3,5-dicl-DMPAP)和十二烷基硫酸钠(NaLs)的新显色反应。在 pH6.0的乙酸乙酸铵缓冲液中,Ni(Ⅱ)与3,5—dicl-DMPAP 和 NaLs形成多元络合物。该络合物的λ_(max)=625nm(logε=5.11)。在25ml 溶液中含有0—15μg 镍(Ⅱ)时遵循比耳定律。用直线法和斜率比法测得络合物的组成为 Ni/3,5-dicl-DMPAP=1:2。本法用于某些岩矿样品中微量镍的测定,结果较为满意。
In this paper, we report that the presence of Ni (Ⅱ) with 2- (3,5-dicl-DMPAP) and dodecane New Color Reaction of Sodium Sulfate (NaLs). Ni (II) forms a complex with 3,5-dicl-DMPAP and NaLs in ammonium acetate buffer at pH 6.0. Λ max of the complex = 625 nm (logε = 5.11). Beer’s law is followed when 0-15 μg of nickel (II) is contained in 25 ml of solution. The composition of the complex was determined to be Ni / 3,5-dicl-DMPAP = 1: 2 using the straight line method and the slope ratio method. This method is used for the determination of trace nickel in some rock samples with satisfactory results.
