Frostbite is a common disease in winter and is the result of systemic or local injury caused by low temperature invasion. Most of frostbite parts are peripheral parts of the peripheral blood circulation such as the face, ears, nose, hands and feet, which are mainly characterized by pale skin, Cold, pain and numbness, itching in case of high temperature, severe skin erosion may occur at the affected area, ulcers and so on. Frostbite model is a pathological model, with Western-based indicators. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of clinical symptoms of Chinese and Western medicine on frostbite and a large number of experimental studies on the existing animal models, the following draft norms for the preparation of frostbite animal models are formed.
