目的量化评估入伍新兵心理健康水平并探讨其相关因素,为有效实施新兵心理健康宣教和心理训练提供科学依据。方法采用艾森克人格问卷简式量表(EPQ-RSC)和症状自评量表(SCL-90),对集训期185名新兵施测,所得结果进行统计分析。结果文化程度、入伍前职业、母亲文化程度和个性类型对新兵心理心理健康水平有明显影响。结论应依据新兵的不同社会和心理学特点,开展有针对性的心理健康教育。
Objective To quantitatively evaluate the mental health of recruits and explore the related factors so as to provide a scientific basis for the effective implementation of recruits mental health education and psychological training. Methods The EPQ-RSC and SCL-90 were used to measure 185 recruits during the training period, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The level of education, pre-enumeration occupation, mother’s education level and personality types have a significant impact on the psychological and psychological health of recruits. Conclusion According to different social and psychological characteristics of recruits, we should carry out targeted mental health education.
