目的：探讨右半结肠癌侵犯十二指肠的外科处理方法。方法：在近１０年中对１０例右半结肠癌侵犯十二指肠病人根据不同病理特点作了手术处理，术式包括十二指肠局部切除、穿孔修补、扩大胰头十二指肠联合切除等。根据肿瘤浸润十二指肠程度，提出将浸润程度分为３型。结果：术后９例一期恢复，另１例在处理并发症后也恢复出院，其中２例已生存３年以上。结论：根据临床分型作出积极的外科处理将有助于改善病情或使病人得以痊愈。
Objective: To explore the surgical treatment of right colon cancer invading the duodenum. Methods: In the last 10 years, 10 patients with right colon cancer and duodenum were surgically treated according to different pathological features. The surgical procedure included local duodenal resection, perforation repair, and expansion of the pancreatic duodenal joint. Removal and so on. According to the extent of tumor infiltration of the duodenum, it is proposed to divide the degree of infiltration into 3 types. RESULTS: Nine cases recovered in the first postoperative period, and the other one was discharged after treatment of complications. Two of them had survived for more than three years. Conclusion: Active surgical treatment based on clinical classification will help improve the condition or enable the patient to heal.
