目的探讨慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症死亡原因。方法回顾分析周口市中心医院2003年2月至2009年12月慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症患者死亡原因。结果 36例慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症死亡患者,18例死于心脏疾病,其中7例恶性心律失常,5例心力衰竭,4例猝死,2例急性心肌梗死;9例死于脑血管病,其中6例脑出血,3例脑梗塞;3例死于自杀,其中服毒2例,自缢1例;4例死于高钾血症;1例死于肺部感染并呼吸衰竭;1例死于营养不良全身衰竭。结论慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症死亡原因很多,积极治疗原发病,防治并发症,合理血液透析,可降低死亡率。
Objective To investigate the causes of death of uremia in chronic renal failure. Methods Retrospective analysis of Zhoukou City Central Hospital from February 2003 to December 2009 chronic renal failure patients with uremia cause of death. Results 36 patients died of uremia with chronic renal failure, 18 died of heart disease, including 7 cases of malignant arrhythmia, 5 cases of heart failure, 4 cases of sudden death and 2 cases of acute myocardial infarction. 9 cases died of cerebrovascular disease, of which 6 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, 3 cases of cerebral infarction; 3 patients died of suicide, of which 2 cases of poisoning, self-esteem 1 case; 4 died of hyperkalemia; 1 died of lung infection and respiratory failure; 1 died of nutrition Bad systemic failure. Conclusion There are many reasons for the death of uremia in patients with chronic renal failure. Active treatment of the primary disease, prevention and treatment of complications, and reasonable hemodialysis can reduce the mortality rate.
