发药交代是药师发药时用简洁的语言或文字对患者所需药品的用法、用量、禁忌及注意事项等内容作明确交代,是药师指导患者合理用药的最后环节[1]。目前,国内尚无发药交代工作的规范化标准,各地药师在工作实践中的方法方式及指导内容也无统一标准。为提高发药交代业务水平,与同行探讨与分析如何做好发药交代工作,现总结如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料来源于笔者在门诊药房一个工作周期(3个发药日班)的发药处方。
Drug delivery account is the pharmacist dispensing concise language or text on the patient’s needs for drugs usage, dosage, taboos and precautions and other content for a clear account of the pharmacists to guide the rational use of drugs in patients with the last link [1]. At present, there is no standardized standard for explaining the work done in China. There are no uniform standards for methods, methods and contents of guidance for pharmacists in their work practices. In order to raise the level of explaining the business of sending drugs and to discuss and analyze with colleagues how to do a good job of dispensing drugs, the following is the summary. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General information comes from the author in the outpatient pharmacy a duty cycle (3 drug delivery classes) dispensing prescription.
