1、密封机理往复运动用密封使用时的状态,如图1所示。有两种行程即:推行程(P)和拉行程(M)。在推行程过程中,滑移密封面的表面,通过密封接触部时,由于密封作用,薄油膜形成,如图1(a)所示,在大气侧出现油膜。在拉行程过程中,粘附在大气侧密封面表面上的油膜,通过密封接触部,返回到油侧。因此,往复运动用密封的性能,由在推行程中通过密封而形成的油膜,在拉行程中返回到内部的这个返回程度所决定。

During the pushing process, when the surface of the sliding sealing surface slides through the sealing contact portion, a thin oil film is formed due to the sealing effect. As shown in FIG. 1 (a), an oil film appears on the atmosphere side. During the pull stroke, the oil film adhering to the surface of the atmosphere-side sealing surface returns to the oil side by sealing the contact portion. Therefore, the performance of the reciprocating seal is determined by the degree of return of the oil film formed by the seal during the drawing process to the inside during the drawing process.
