文章阐述了如何正确地认识乡镇专职队伍建设存在的问题和面临的形势,采取对策,发展壮大乡镇专职消防队伍,对于缓解公安消防警力严重不足的矛盾,调整城乡消防站布局不合理的局面,大力推进消防工作社会化,全面增强全社会抗御火灾的整体能力具有十分重要的意义。本文仅从遵义市消防工作实际,进一步探索如何推进乡镇专职消防队伍建设和管理。
This article elaborates how to correctly understand the problems existing in the construction of full-time townspeople and the situation they face, and take countermeasures to develop and expand full-time fire brigades in towns and townships. It is of great significance to alleviating the serious shortage of public security forces and firefighting policemen and adjusting the unreasonable layout of urban and rural fire stations.
