一线职工双月座谈会,是在公司党委“公推直选”换届以后,推出的一项联系职工群众的新举措。旨在实践责任承诺,让组织放心,让党员满意,让群众高兴。今年百联集团党委把我们公司列为“企情民意气象站”试点单位,我们即把“双月座谈会”工作进一步完善并积极推进,形成了新的党委联系群众的工作制度,受到了公司干部职工的欢迎和肯定。
The first-line workers’ bimonthly symposium was a new measure launched by the masses of the workers and staff members after the party committee of the company called “public direct election”.
