对以杨木为主的阔叶木生产半化学浆的化学预处理条件进行了研究。结果表明,杨木采用碱性H2O2法进行化学处理,化学药品耗用量低,对环境污染少,成浆得率高,色泽浅。适宜的化学预处理条件为:NaOH用量4%,H2O2用量5.5%,Na2SiO3用量3%,EDTA用量0.2%,液比1:4,最高温度100℃,升温时间50 min,保温时间90 min。制得的半化学浆易洗、易漂、易打浆,采用2%~3%的H2O2进行一段漂白,即可达到72%ISO的白度,且具有较好的物理性能。
The chemical pretreatment conditions for semi-chemical pulp production of poplar-dominated hardwood were studied. The results showed that poplar wood was chemically treated by alkaline H2O2 method with low consumption of chemicals, less pollution to the environment, high pulp yield and light color. The optimal chemical pretreatment conditions are as follows: NaOH 4%, H2O2 5.5%, Na2SiO3 3%, EDTA 0.2%, liquid ratio 1: 4, maximum temperature 100 ℃, temperature 50 min, holding time 90 min. The prepared semi-chemical pulp is easy to wash, easy to bleach and easy to be pulped. The bleaching process can be achieved with 72% ISO whiteness by using 2% -3% H2O2 for a period of bleaching, and has good physical properties.
