园艺本科教育教学存在目标定位不当、教学内容和方式亟待改进、教和学都缺乏激情等问题,高校教育评价体系又出现了重心偏移,严重影响了“办人民满意的大学”目标的实现。本文通过对园艺本科教育的培养目标、课程教学、教师考核评价体系以及教学管理进行改革尝试,旨在探索激发教师教学热情和学生学习兴趣的新方法和新途径,努力培养具有时代责任心和历史使命感,有较强实践动手能力并符合社会发展要求的卓越园艺人才。
Horticultural undergraduate education has the problems of improper orientation, urgent improvement of teaching content and teaching methods, lack of enthusiasm in teaching and learning, and the shift of center of gravity in the evaluation system of higher education, which seriously affects the goal of “building a university satisfying people” achieve. This paper attempts to reform the objectives of undergraduate education in horticulture, curriculum teaching, teacher appraisal system and teaching management to explore new methods and new ways to stimulate teachers ’enthusiasm for teaching and students’ interest in learning and strive to cultivate a sense of responsibility and history with the times Sense of mission, excellent horticultural talent with strong hands-on ability and social development requirements.
