随着股权分置改革渐近尾声,国内资本市场已进入全流通时代,市值管理亦被提上议事日程。目前,在国内资本市场上市的航空公司主要有A股中国国航、南方航空、东方航空、海南航空、上海航空及B股海南航空、山东航空。本文结合航空运输行业特点及市值管理的可能策略,为全流通环境下上市航空公司推进市值管理提出一些初步的探讨。
As the non-tradable share reform draws to a close, the domestic capital market has entered an era of full circulation and market value management has also been put on the agenda. Currently, the major airlines listed on the domestic capital market are A-Shares of Air China, China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Hainan Airlines, Shanghai Airlines and B-shares Hainan Airlines and Shandong Airlines. Based on the characteristics of the air transport industry and the possible strategies of market value management, this paper puts forward some preliminary discussions on how to promote the market value management of listed airlines under the environment of full circulation.
