将段铣产生的铁屑带出井眼是钻井液施工的重点和难点。通过分析和室内试验确定使用正电胶钻井液,该体系有很好的触变性和剪切稀释性。150℃热滚前后流变性能变化不大,抗温性能较好。室内测得其磨阻系数为0.233,润滑性能优良。在沈S井现场应用中,铁屑平均回收率高达85.4%,段铣速度最快达2.35 m/h,圆满完成施工。

In Shen S well field application, the average recovery rate of iron filings reached as high as 85.4% and segment milling speed reached 2.35 m / h, achieving the successful construction.
