本文对大豆连作条件下土壤多糖的含量,土壤多糖与土壤酶、基础肥力、微生物数量的关系进行了探讨。大豆连作使土壤多糖含量降低,多糖与蔗糖酶、微生物数量及基础肥力是显著正相关。这说明大豆连作不适宜土壤多糖的积累及转化,从而降低了土壤肥力影响了大豆产量。
In this paper, the content of soil polysaccharides and the relationship between soil polysaccharides and soil enzymes, basic fertility and microbial population under continuous cropping condition were discussed. Continuous cropping soybean so that soil polysaccharide content decreased, polysaccharides and invertase, microbial population and basic fertility is a significant positive correlation. This shows that soybean continuous cropping is not suitable for the accumulation and transformation of soil polysaccharides, thus reducing the soil fertility affected the soybean yield.
