本文对广泛使用的常见中碳钢进行亚温淬火试验,通过显微组织的定量分析和机械性能测定,探索了预处理方案和热处理工艺参数与显微组织及性能的关系。查明在保留少量瀰散分布的细小铁素体时,强度和韧性均高于常规热处理。因此45钢进行亚温热处理是一种有价值的工艺,可以在生产中应用。试验表明,预处理方案对处理效果有显著影响。肯定了细小瀰散分布的铁素体在复相组织中的积极作用。
In this paper, the common medium carbon steel widely used is subjected to sub-temperature quenching test. The relationship between the pretreatment scheme and the heat treatment process parameters and the microstructure and properties is explored through the quantitative analysis of the microstructure and the determination of the mechanical properties. It is found that the strength and toughness are higher than the conventional heat treatment while retaining a small amount of finely dispersed ferrite. Therefore, 45 steel sub-temperature heat treatment is a valuable technology that can be applied in production. Experiments show that the pretreatment program has a significant effect on the treatment effect. Affirmed the fine and dispersed ferrite in the complex phase of the positive role.
