降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和内皮素(ET)分别是目前巳知体内最强的舒血管及缩血管活性多肽.国外学者分别对ET及CGRP作过临床观察,发现急性心肌梗死(AMI)行静脉溶栓后,冠脉再通者,血浆CGRP及ET浓度早期明显增加,后期明显降低;溶栓未通者在发病初CGRP及ET浓度较正常也呈先升后降趋势,两者之间的具体对应关系如何未见有报道.本文通过监测血浆ET/CGRP的比值,旨在探讨该比值对判断溶栓后冠状动脉再通的意义.1 资料及方法1.1 对象符合WHO诊断标准的鄂州市第一医院及同济医院的两院AMI住院病人(选择发病12小时内)46例,男29例,女17例,年龄40~73(62.3)岁,按溶栓情况分为三组:(I)再通组:静脉溶栓成功17例,
