【目的】研究新疆塔城地区野生阿魏菇菌株的遗传多样性和遗传分化特征,为阿魏菇驯化选育提供基础材料和科学依据。【方法】利用生物学和ISSR标记技术对23株阿魏菇菌株进行遗传多样性分析。【结果】在阿魏菇菌丝培养特征方面,各菌株除在菌丝颜色上无明显差异外,在菌落形态、菌丝长势等7项特征方面均有明显差异;ISSR标记共扩增出60条DNA条带,多态性条带57条,多态比率为95.00%,供试菌株两两间的相异系数从0.07~0.68,D=0.31时,可将23个供试菌株分为13个类群。【结论】新疆塔城地区野生阿魏菇野生阿魏菇菌株已开始发生遗传分化,并具有较丰富的遗传多样性。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the genetic diversity and genetic differentiation of Wild Pleurotus ostreatus strains in Tacheng, Xinjiang, to provide basic materials and scientific basis for the domestication and breeding of Pleurotus ostreatus. 【Method】 The genetic diversity of 23 Pleurotus ostreatus strains was analyzed by using biology and ISSR markers. 【Result】 There were significant differences in the characteristics of colony morphology and mycelial growth except for the mycelium color in the culture characteristics of Pleurotus ostreatus; the total number of ISSR markers was 60 There were 57 DNA bands and 57 polymorphic bands with a polymorphism ratio of 95.00%. The coefficient of variation between the two strains ranged from 0.07 to 0.68. When D = 0.31, 23 tested strains were divided into 13 A group of groups. 【Conclusion】 Wild strains of wild Pleurotus ferulae in Tacheng, Xinjiang have begun to undergo genetic differentiation and have rich genetic diversity.
