在盆栽和田间试验条件下,比较了自三叶草接种菌根菌、根瘤菌和菌根+根瘤菌的增产效果以及施磷量对接种效果的影响。结果说明。白三叶草的菌根侵染率、结瘤数量、植株地上部和地下部干重、产草量、氮磷总吸收量、其它营养元素的总吸收量以及磷肥的回收率都以双接种或单接菌根者最高,尤其在每亩施相当于4kgP_2O_5的过磷酸钙时,接种效益更为突出。
