随着我国质量管理小组(简称QC小组)在各行业的逐步推广,经过三十多年的发展已经有了相当规模和水平:小组数量在持续增加,也取得了可观的经济和社会效益。但从其近几年的普及率和成果率(分别达到18%和68%)指标可以看到,QC小组活动的有效性有待提高。笔者结合实践中发现的普遍性问题,通过分析认为:我们至少可以从以下方面加以改进,从而推进QC小组持续、健康发展。
With the gradual promotion of our quality management team (QC team) in various industries, after 30 years of development, we have already reached a considerable scale and level: the number of teams is continuously increasing, and considerable economic and social benefits have also been achieved. However, according to the indicators of its popularization rate and achievement rate (18% and 68% respectively) in recent years, it can be seen that the effectiveness of QC group activities needs to be improved. Based on the common problems discovered in practice, the author believes that we can at least improve the following aspects to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the QC team.
