利用CO2激光,采用自差探测的方式对运动目标通过二维扫描获取目标的强并进行随机处理,实现运动目标的强度成像。另外,提出了成像系统中二维扫描系统的枕形误差消除方法。由于采用了平均仅方法并消除了二维扫描系统的枕形误差,因此取得了满意的实验结果。
Using CO2 laser, the self-difference detection method is adopted to get the moving target through two-dimensional scanning to obtain the strong target and carry out the random processing to realize the intensity imaging of the moving target. In addition, the pincushion error elimination method of two-dimensional scanning system in imaging system is proposed. Satisfactory experimental results have been achieved due to the averaging-only method and the elimination of pincushion errors in 2D scanning systems.
