就业是西方女性主义研究的重要领域之一。在我国,就业问题逐渐成为20世纪末以来的主要社会问题之一,尤其是女性就业问题,但对女性就业的研究运用的仍然是较为传统的理论和方法,没有从本质上解释女性就业的复杂性和真正的社会意义。本文介绍了西方女性主义理论中对女性就业问题进行了深入分析的三个理论流派:二元劳动力市场理论、马克思主义理论和新经济、新技术理论,介绍了它们的主要观点和争议,旨在揭示女性就业问题中所包含的更深层次的社会、经济、文化、技术等结构性因素,以帮助从更广泛的视角来促进女性就业的发展。
Employment is one of the important fields of western feminism research. In our country, the employment problem has gradually become one of the major social problems since the end of the 20th century, especially the female employment problem. However, the research on the employment of women is still a more traditional theory and method, which does not essentially explain the complexity of female employment And real social significance. This paper introduces three theoretical schools of Western feminism that analyze the employment of women in great detail: the dual labor market theory, the Marxist theory, the new economy and the new technology theory, and introduces their main ideas and controversies aimed at Reveal the deeper social, economic, cultural, technological and other structural factors contained in the issue of female employment to help promote the employment of women in a broader perspective.
