研究了热电厂建筑管道用2Cr13耐热钢,在550℃高温环境下服役23万h以后的室温和高温力学性能,以及显微组织变化。实验结果表明:2Cr13耐热钢在高温环境下长时间服役以后,冲击性度降为原始材料的1/4,拉伸性能和硬度下降不明显,马氏体组织明显发生粗化并出现碎化现象。对电解萃取相进行XRD测试后发现,主要碳化物M_(23)C_6仍然存在,但是碳化物颗粒发生粗化,而亚稳态的M_6C、M_2C和MX明显减少、甚至消失。
The mechanical properties of 2Cr13 heat-resistant steel used in construction pipeline of thermal power plant at room temperature and high temperature after 2300 h service at high temperature of 550 ℃ were studied, and the microstructural changes were also studied. The experimental results show that after long service life of 2Cr13 heat-resistant steel in high temperature environment, the impact resistance is reduced to 1/4 of that of the original material, the tensile properties and hardness decrease not obvious, the martensite obviously coarsens and shreds phenomenon. XRD analysis showed that the main carbides M_ (23) C_6 still existed, but the carbides particles roughened, whereas the metastable M_6C, M_2C and MX obviously decreased or even disappeared.
