我们研究了一种具有微型彩色滤色器的反射型多色矩阵LCD。为了改善LCD的亮度,分析了各种液晶显示器的对比度和亮度。这个分析提出了选择相变型宾主模式,获得了这种模式的最佳参数。另外,还研究了微型彩色滤色器的透过光谱,并确定了在彩色滤色器中染料的掺杂浓度。于是得到了具有满意亮度的反射型彩色LCD。
We studied a reflective multi-color matrix LCD with a miniature color filter. In order to improve the brightness of the LCD, the contrast and brightness of various LCDs have been analyzed. This analysis proposed the choice of phase-change guest mode, get the best parameters of this mode. In addition, the transmission spectrum of the microchromic color filter was also studied and the doping concentration of the dye in the color filter was determined. Thus, a reflective color LCD with satisfactory brightness was obtained.
