目的 探讨老年脑梗死 (CI)病人红细胞膜 Na+— K+ ATP酶、 Ca2+— Mg2+ ATP酶与血液流变学指标的相关性。方法对 49例非急性期的老年 CI患者和 29例健康人分别测定 Na+— K+ ATP酶、 Ca2+— Mg2+ ATP酶以及血液流变学指标。结果 CI组全血粘度 (η b)、血浆粘度 (η p)、还原粘度 (η re)、红细胞压积 (HCT)、红细胞聚集指数 (EAI)、刚性 (TK)与 Na+— K+ ATP酶、 Ca2+— Mg2+ ATP酶活力的变化呈明显负相关。结论 CI患者红细胞膜泵活性的变化能引起血液粘滞性的改变,其作用主要是红细胞膜 Na+— K+泵、 Ca2+泵的活性降低,导致红细胞变形能力下降。
Objective To investigate the correlation between erythrocyte membrane Na + - K + ATPase, Ca2 + - Mg2 + ATPase and hemorheology in elderly patients with cerebral infarction (CI). Methods The levels of Na + - K + ATPase, Ca2 + - Mg2 + ATPase and hemorheology in 49 non - acute elderly CI patients and 29 healthy controls were measured. Results The whole blood viscosity (η b), plasma viscosity (η p), reducing viscosity (η re), hematocrit (HCT), erythrocyte aggregation index (EAI), rigidity and Na + - K + Ca2 + - Mg2 + ATPase activity was negatively correlated. Conclusion The changes of erythrocyte membrane pump activity in CI patients can cause the changes of blood viscosity. The main effects are the Na + - K + pump of erythrocyte membrane and the decrease of Ca2 + pump activity, which leads to the decrease of erythrocyte deformability.
