目的分析林下山参与园参中无机元素特征。方法采用电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)法测定林下山参和园参药材中无机元素的量,分别建立林下山参和园参的无机元素标准谱,运用SPSS 15.0统计软件对结果进行统计分析。结果聚类分析将17份样品聚为林下山参和园参两大类,主成分分析选出3个主成分,得出林下山参与园参的特征元素为Ca、Na、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mo、V、Sn、Sr、Al、Ba、Ge。元素的分布特征与人参的生态环境、栽培方式及生长年限有关。结论主成分分析法和聚类分析法是林下山参与园参药材中无机元素分析的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the characteristics of inorganic elements involved in Linxia mountain gardening. Methods The content of inorganic elements in Grifola frondosa and Radix Ginseng was determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS). The inorganic element standard spectra of Grifola frondosa and Radix Ginseng were established respectively. The results were analyzed by SPSS 15.0 statistical software . Results Cluster analysis clustered 17 samples into two types of forest ginseng and garden ginseng. Three principal components were selected by principal component analysis, and the characteristic elements of gypsophila paniculata were found to be Ca, Na, Fe, Zn, Cu , Mo, V, Sn, Sr, Al, Ba, Ge. The distribution of elements is related to the ginseng’s ecological environment, cultivation methods and growth period. Conclusion Principal component analysis and clustering analysis are effective methods for Lin Xiaoshan to participate in the analysis of inorganic elements in Radix Ginseng.
