目的:探讨深度水解蛋白配方在极低出生体重儿早期喂养中的作用。方法:对2010年9月~2012年9月在遵义市妇幼保健院新生儿科住院的极低出生体重儿进行研究,将体重小于1 500 g的极低出生体重儿分别随机分为深度水解蛋白配方喂养组(观察组)及早产儿配方喂养组(对照组),监测生长发育指标和出生后4天、10天血清胃动素水平。结果:1观察组胎便排净时间较对照组缩短(P=0.013),喂养不耐受发生率较对照组低(P=0.012),自主排便次数较对照组多(P=0.027),生后4天及10天胃动素水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与早产儿配方喂养相比,早期给予深度水解蛋白配方喂养对于极低出生体重儿可降低喂养不耐受的发生率,生长发育指标明显改善。
Objective: To investigate the effect of deeply hydrolyzed protein formula on early feeding of very low birth weight infants. Methods: From September 2010 to September 2012 in Zunyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital neonatal hospitalization of very low birth weight children were studied, the body weight of less than 1 500 g of very low birth weight children were randomly divided into deep hydrolysis protein formula Feeding group (observation group) and premature infant formula feeding group (control group), monitoring of growth and development indicators and 4 days after birth, 10 days serum motilin levels. Results: 1 The observation time was shortened (P = 0.013), the incidence of feeding intolerance was lower than that of the control group (P = 0.012), the number of spontaneous bowel movements was more than that of the control group (P = 0.027) Motilin levels at 4 and 10 days were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Compared with formula feeding in preterm infants, the early administration of deeply hydrolyzed protein formula can reduce the incidence of feeding intolerance and significantly improve the growth and development of infants with very low birth weight.
