大直径盾体加工专用立车的设计与应用

为了方便大直径盾体前中盾中心环和铰接套的加工,设计一台专用立车,利用专用立车支墩承受大直径盾体的全部重量,再利用支撑平台变换工位,实现一次装夹全部加工到位,由此提高加工精度,避免多次装夹大直径盾体带来的安全隐患,缩短大直径盾体前中盾加工工期.使用专用立车与10m立车分别加工直径为9090 mm和8600 mm的大直径盾体的前中盾,应用结果表明,专用立车比10m立车更能有效加工大盾体,缩短加工时间,提高加工精度,提高效率和安全性.
